Field data captured in Aimsio, including employee and subcontractor timecards, equipment usage, and vendor invoices, flows directly into Eclipse's Payroll, Hired Truck, and AR Invoice modules. Job orders, cost codes, employees, equipment, customers, and vendors can all be imported from Eclipse into Aimsio to keep both systems aligned. Invoices created in Aimsio are pushed back to Eclipse's AR Invoice Register, complete with line items, cost codes, tax values, and holdback. This eliminates double-entry between field and back office and gives contractors a connected workflow from field ticket to final invoice.
