What this Pulse is (and what it isn’t)
This is not a “big annual report.” It’s a pulse: based on a survey of approximately 60 construction professionals across Canada and the U.S., fielded August - October 2025.
We also reference reputable industry sources (e.g., CFMA, FMI, Dodge) for context only. Every percentage in the Pulse comes from the Explorer + UserEvidence survey.
Why we did this
We created this piece to help elevate the conversation in construction finance. Because the pressure has shifted.
Even as volatility eases in some areas, expectations for financial leadership are rising. Owners and internal stakeholders want:

- clearer, earlier forecasting
