Vancouver, BC – The JDM Technology Group announced the launch today of a new cloud-based mobile application, Time Portal.

Time Portal gives contractors and their field employees the ability to remotely capture data in the field and seamlessly sync with the back office.

With the COVID-19 pandemic impacting our lives and daily business operations, the Time Portal application allows contractors to transmit and receive information electronically, eliminating the need for the physical handing off of paper timecards, potentially curbing the spread of the virus. Additionally, submitting timecards electronically makes social distancing possible.

Designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind, Time Portal allows contractors the ability to design timesheets that can capture employee time, equipment usage, equipment repair, production, quantities, and more from any mobile device. Field workers can submit data for approval from anywhere allowing for a supervisor review prior to sending to the back office. That information is synced quickly and accurately with payroll and job costing, providing supervisors, managers, and owners an up-to-date picture of the job status.

We value the health and well-being of our customers, partners and employees. Time Portal can help contractors achieve business efficiencies while prioritizing health and safety, as we adjust to working in the current pandemic situation.
