web-based construction management software

Vancouver, BC – Explorer Software, the leading provider of enterprise software solutions for the construction industry, today announced the release of a new integration tool for its flagship product, Explorer Eclipse. This new tool, Uplink, will allow easy integration between Eclipse and virtually any other software program.

“It’s our ongoing mission to make things easy for our customers and provide flexible software to meet the fast-paced needs of the construction industry,” says Mark Liss, President of Explorer Software. “The release of Uplink is yet another way for us to do that. Although Eclipse is feature rich, we want our customers to have the freedom to choose best of breed solutions that are a good fit for their construction business.

Explorer Uplink uses an open application program interface (API) and is built on open technology standards, allowing for simple, seamless integrations to third party products. Like all Explorer products, the new integration tool was designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use. “With Uplink, we’ve built a tool that allows end users and partners to set up their own integrations,” explains Liss. “With one click, they can validate information and easily transmit data to and from Eclipse, eliminating the need for double entry. Uplink gives our customers control over what tools they choose for their business and ultimately speaks to our ongoing drive to improve the bottom line for our customers.”
