Explorer Software uses remote environment technology to ensure that all implementation, support, and online training sessions will continue as planned to ensure that your business has all the tools you need. Our staff are already proficient in working in virtual environments and will make sure they’re available to handle your questions and any other issues that arise. You will be able to continue to use our new customer support interface to place support tickets as normal.
