Who is ELEVATE for?
ELEVATE is designed for Explorer Software customers using our Eclipse construction software and our Evolution or Shafers field service managment software. It’s built for everyone from new users to power users and leaders responsible for adoption and process improvement.
How do I choose between Eclipse and Evolution registration?
Select the product you primarily use. Each product has its own schedule, classes, and registration. If your company uses both, choose Eclipse for your product registration, and mix and match the sessions available from both products you'd like to attend (or email elevate@explorer-software.com and we’ll help).
What does my conference ticket include?
Your ELEVATE ticket includes:
✓ All conference sessions (September 28-30)
✓ Breakfast, lunch, and group dinners
✓ Dinner events (Monday & Tuesday evenings)
✓ Direct access to product experts for 1:1 time
✓ Conference materials and resources

What's NOT included:
✗ Hotel room (book separately at group rate)
✗ Flights
✗ Ground transportation to/from airport
✗ Meals before/after conference dates

For Evolution customers: The Bonus Day (Sept 30) is included in your ticket at no extra charge, whether you stay all 3 days or just the first 2.
Is hotel included in the ticket price?
No. Hotel and flights are booked separately from the conference ticket.
Do you offer a discounted hotel room block?
Yes. A discounted room block is available for ELEVATE attendees (limited availability). Click here to book, or call (877)-803-7534 to book directly with the Hyatt Recency Coconut Point.

Discounted room blocks are offered to ELEVATE attendees from September 26 – October 1.

What is the room rate?
$279/night for single and double occupancy. Room rate is subject to availability and hotel terms. View Hyatt's hotel policies at this link.
Can I bring a guest or spouse?
Yes. Guests are welcome. Guest Event Passes are available for a fee (via your registration page) and provide access to the Monday and Tuesday night dinner events (dinner, entertainment, open bar, taxes, and gratuities). Guests must be 21+ years of age.
Are children allowed at evening events?
Unfortunately, no. Due to the presence of an open bar at our evening events, all guests must be 21 or older in accordance with U.S. law.
What is the Tuesday Night Special Event (Sept 29)?
Tuesday night is our signature conference social event. Details will be shared closer to the conference. It’s included in your ELEVATE ticket. Guests may attend with a Guest Event Pass.
Are any sessions eligible for CPE credits?
Yes. Some sessions are CPE eligible and will be clearly marked with the credit value. Additional details on earning and documenting credits will be provided closer to the event, with the release of the class descriptions.
Will sessions be recorded?
No. Sessions will not be recorded.
What’s the cancellation / refund policy?
Attendee substitutions can be made prior to September 14 at no charge. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Substitutions are allowed at no charge. New attendee must be from the same organization. We just ask that you send us the updated attendee details prior to September 14, 2026.
Can I register multiple attendees from my company?
Yes, you can. While registering, simply add the desired number of tickets you wish to buy for your company. At checkout you will be prompted to complete purchaser details, and below that you will see fields to complete for each individual attendee. Upon completion of the form and submission of payment, you willl receive a confirmation email including all tickets with unique QR codes for each ticket, which you will forward to all attendees.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Payment is processed through our ticketing processor, via Stripe. Stripe accepts all major credit cards.
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email and invoice after registering.
What should I wear?
Business casual is recommended for sessions. Bring comfortable shoes and resort attire for downtime.
Is there a recommended arrival/departure day?
The conference opens early in the morning on September 28, so we would recommend attendees arrive by September 27 (day before conference opens). Closing remarks will end at approximately 1:30 pm EDT on September 30, allowing attendees to depart later that day.

Of course, you are welcome (and encouraged!) to arrive earlier or depart later if desired. Discounted room blocks are offered to ELEVATE attendees from September 26 – October 1.

Evolution customers may choose to leave the evening of September 29 if they opt not to attend the Bonus Day on September 30.
How do I get to the resort from the airport?
The nearest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Plan for about a 25-minute drive via rental car, taxi or Uber to the resort (varies by traffic).

Is the agenda final?
Agenda and speakers are subject to change. We’ll keep the website updated as sessions are confirmed.
Will you release class descriptions and details before the conference?
Absolutely! We are currently finalizing a comprehensive lineup of classes for both Eclipse and Evolution attendees and will update the website once details are confirmed. You will also be notified via email. Please note that class details and schedules are subject to change.
