What's the Bonus Day?
September 30 is an extra day of Evolution-focused learning and roundtables/open forums with our product team. It's a great opportunity if you can stay. You'll dive deeper into Evolution features and leave with clear next steps for your implementation.
Is the Bonus Day included in my ticket?
Yes! The Bonus Day is included in your Evolution ticket at no extra charge. You can select your preference of 2 or 3-day attendance at check out during registration.
Do I pay more if I stay for the Bonus Day?
No. Your ticket price is the same whether you attend September 28-29 or stay through September 30. Same price either way. You choose what works best for your schedule.
What's the difference between a 2-day and 3-day registration?
There is no difference in price. Both options cost the same ($1,287 early bird / $1,487 regular). If you do stay for the Bonus Day you'll receive more best practices and deeper learning on September 30, as well as gain access to our Tuesday night special dinner event on September 29.
If the 2 and 3-day options are the same price, why do I need to choose?
Making a choice will help us plan appropriately for the 3rd day session and the 2nd night dinner event. It will also help you plan since you might need to book accommodations for an extra night.
Will I miss important content if I only stay September 28-29?
While we hope you can join us for some bonus time on September 30, our curriculum is designed to cover all of the most important Evolution content across the first two days. You'll leave with solid knowledge and actionable next steps whether you attend 2 or 3 days.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, guest passes are available on the ticketing page. Guests must be 21+. Full details can be found in the ticket description at check out.
What if I decide to stay for the Bonus Day after I register?
Just let us know at elevate@explorer-software.com and we'll update your ticket information. You don't need to re-register or pay anything extra — your ticket price remains the same. Please ensure that you update your room booking through the hotel to stay an addtional night, if required.
