Can I bring a guest?
Yes! Guest Event Passes are available for $987. Your guest can attend the Monday welcome reception and Tuesday night special event (dinner, entertainment, open bar). Guests must be 21+ due to the open bar. Guests are also welcome to enjoy resort amenities (water park, beach, spa, golf, dining).
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Attendee substitutions can be made at no charge prior to September 14, provided they are from the same organization. No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
How much are ELEVATE tickets?
Early bird pricing ($2,487) is available through June 30 at 11:59 PM EDT. After that, regular pricing ($2,987) applies.
What about hotel and flights?
Hotel and flights are booked separately from your conference ticket.

The Discovery Center is your dedicated space to work directly with product experts. Get hands-on guidance, personalized training, and one-on-one problem-solving for your specific challenges. You can explore advanced features, ask questions, and get real-time help. Scheduling details will be released prior to the event.
How do I choose which classes to attend?
A full class calendar with descriptions, learning outcomes and CPE credits (if applicable) will be available prior to the event. Details will be sent to all registered attendees once information is released.
