Explorer Software has been continuing to monitor the impact of COVID-19 and has been following the guidance from national and local governments, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization. The safeguards implemented in mid-March to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and our staff will stay in place. This includes the continued suspension of all business travel, as well as on-site training and meetings.

Explorer’s 100% virtual business model allows all of our employees to continue to work from the safety of their homes. Working remotely has long been part of our regular business practice, and employees are proceeding as usual to provide supp ort, training, and sales assistance for our customers.

With many of our customers directing office staff to work from home and field staff to adhere to social distancing requirements, we’ve responded to recent customer requests for a new time portal module to aid in their efforts to keep employees safe from in-person contact. Explorer’s development team has been working hard to complete this easy to use module and is near testing completion of this new feature. Once completed, Explorer will be sending an announcement regarding the release of this new tool.

Explorer will continue to monitor the situation in regard to COVID-19 and will follow public health guidance. The safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and partners are our top priority.
