| Getting to the Resort |
| The nearest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Plan for about a 25-minute drive via rental car, taxi, or Uber to the resort (varies by traffic). |

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please see a Front Desk Host for rates and availability on early check-in or late check-out.

Since checkout is 11:00 AM and closing lunch runs until 1:15 PM on Wednesday, you may want to store your luggage with Bell Services that morning so you can enjoy the last session without dragging your bags along. |

| Business casual, resort professional. Naples runs hot and humid in late September — expect highs around 87–90°F and lows around 75–77°F. Meeting rooms are air-conditioned. Dressing in layers is recommended. |
| MONDAY EVENING — WELCOME RECEPTION & DINNER |
| Waterfall Pool Deck — resort casual. Sundresses, linen, short sleeves, and sandals are all great choices. Bring a light layer for after sunset. |
| TUESDAY EVENING — NGALA |
| Dressy or business casual that works for both a bus ride and an outdoor setting. You'll be dining outdoors under a tent with live animal encounters, so choose shoes you're happy walking around on natural terrain in. |

6:00–10:00 PM. Meet in the Lobby to depart together — it's about a 30-minute bus ride each way. Dinner is served outdoors under a tent, alongside live animal encounters, so dress for a relaxed evening outside.
