Production Scheduling

Designed specifically for the homebuilder to efficiently manage the production cycle. Fully integrated with all applications enabling features such as vendor/material notification, option design selections, and IPAY (Inspection Pay).

Purchasing and Bid Management

Lump sum (staged), bill of material items, vendor pricing, and takeoff quantities by item, plan and option are collected to allow production of material purchase orders and contracts. Bids and proforma budgets are maintained to measure and analyze vendor bid prices, cost per square foot calculations and plan/option profitability.

Lot Start and Order Processing

This flexible work order release feature initiates the 'start' process by creating job budgets, purchase orders and contracts based on lot, plan/elevation, option, design choices and buyer profile information.

Job Cost - Homebuilding, Land Development and Project Management

An integral and dynamic application that allows instant access to timely, accurate estimates, commitments, change orders, cost and revenue information. Job cost offers multiple perspectives of cost activity - company, division, project, phase, lot as well as infrastructure, indirects, and land development. Captures gross profit data at multiple intervals for analysis, comparison and review.

Contract Management

Track commitments and control payments to the lot and pay-point level or establish unit-priced and lump-sum contracts/purchase orders for land development activity. Easily and accurately maintain change orders, manage retention, tax, and track insurance and other submittal requirements.

Options Management

Manage options offered and sales pricing at a company, division, project, phase, plan and elevation and lot levels. Establish option cut-offs, and design selections through the integration with scheduling. Increase productivity and profitability through features such as included and intersecting options, and automatic margin-based sales pricing.

Sales Management

Efficiently manage and track sales activity at the project and lot level. Maintain original and revised projected sales pricing, home sales, cancellations and closings (by salesperson). Sales price detail to include lot premiums, concessions, incentives, upgrade and option selections, deposit and loan information.

Customer Care/Warranty

On-line collection of service requests generate internal and external service orders, creating backcharges when necessary. Comprehensive inquires, reports provide the tools necessary in analyzing customer reps, vendor performance, root cause, and service order aging and statistics, and overall customer care and warranty management.
