Document Management

Document Management provides an intuitive and simple to use tool for attaching and indexing documents and other files to records within the application. The optional Scanning tool is designed to work with any TWAIN compliant scanner, and allows users to directly scan images and automatically attach and index them to any data record. The Auto-Attach features allows for any system generated document to be automatically stored without any user intervention. Document Scanning provides the capability to define document scraping parameters, to allow the software to prefill selected indexing field as scanning takes place.
