HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTOR LTD. USE EXPLORER PAYROLL

With a budget of $1.2 billion, the Vancouver Island Highway Project (VIHP) is British Columbia's most significant highways capital project. Financed by the BC Transportation Financing Authority (BCTFA), the project is managed by the Ministry of Transportation and Highways, with construction labor supplied by Highway Constructors Ltd. (HCL).
