Smart Tags
VANCOUVER - New for Microsoft Office XP, smart tags recognize your typing such as a name or address and associate the information and actions with the entry. A Smart Tag is indicated by a series of purple dots under the text. For example if you type a stock ticker symbol, the options offered are: Stock quote, company Report, recent news MSN® MoneyCentral™.
Explorer Smart Tags tie to Explorer Contract Manager Data to make common office tasks easier. For example, if you type a job number the options offered are: project manager, display a map, or type a customer, vendor, employee the options are: display address, open invoices, contact information. Information you need from a single database at you’re fingertips from within Microsoft Office products. Another time saver from Explorer Software.
