What documented procedures?
Ever wished you had documented procedures, check lists, your team could
follow? You know, everyone following the same steps every time they do the
same type of task?
Announcing Explorer QMS – Quality Management System, quality control and quality assurance for service delivery.
A critical part of service delivery is defining service procedures, ensuring the service is delivered consistently and monitoring steps preformed to assure the service meets expectations.
Whether it is equipment maintenance, materials inspection, measuring sub-contactor performance, evaluating human resources or performing on-site inspections, with Explorer QMS – Quality Management System, you document procedures for every service delivery process.
Included in the documented procedures are the requirements that must be met or exceeded by the service delivery. Requirements are converted into checklist questions. Checklists are structured so that pass or fail criteria are established to identify non-conformities within the service delivery process. Analysis of completed check lists identifies trends and overall effectiveness of procedures.
It is about continuous process improvement.
If you have ever wished you had documented procedures and check lists your team could follow, Explorer QMS is a solution for you.
