Document Manager is an add-on module to the Explorer Contract Manager software and ezDocs is deeply integrated to our Pivot product, however can also run with many other construction accounting software packages. Explorer provides intuitive and simple to use tools for attaching and indexing documents and other files to records. Scanners can also be used to capture paper-based content by allowing users to scan documents and in turn create images that automatically attach and index to any data record.

Explorer Document Manager web interface - Web based real time document management, enhanced with sophisticated web-browser search engine. Explorer Document Manager, software for tracking project related documents, now uses a sophisticated search engine. Similar to GOOGLE® you can query your document databases by full text, keyword and view a list of documents that contain the query. Hypertext links launch the selected document and associated application. Search from a web browser and distribute information from the web browser via email, fax, or print your document.
