Service Work Generator
A complete module dedicated to organizing additional work found out in the field while on a service or maintenance call. This module is a valuable asset and can assist in increasing revenue, especially during the slower times of the year.
Issue a purchase order directly to the warehouse, job, dispatch or customer. Purchase Orders are automatically matched to vendor invoices, notifying the operator of any discrepancies between the ordering cost and the billing cost on the vendor invoice. When items are purchased on a PO and not used, they can be returned. A tracking log will show the status (i.e. on truck, sent to vendor, received by vendor, etc.).
Store employee records, accurately calculate city, state, and federal taxes, print payroll checks and gather reliable reporting information. Your technicians can create and print invoices before leaving the job site using Mobile Office. With an on-board credit card scanner process payments wirelessly in the field.
The Shafers Maintenance Agreements feature eases the process of creating, maintaining and renewing your customer's maintenance agreements while helping to improve sales. Features include scheduling visits, posting calls to dispatch, creating renewal campaigns and sending renewal letters or promotional invoices, and the ability to process incremental billing. Escrow accounting is also facilitated as applicable.
The Equipment module allows you to enter and track equipment by customer name, manufacturer, model or type and more. Each master equipment file stores and organizes all the details related to each piece of equipment, including warranty information and related maintenance agreements. Reporting options related to CFC usage and for general equipment summaries are also provided.
Job Cost Management
The Job Costing module is a complete labor and material cost tracking system. Includes estimating, invoicing and tracking all costs from start to finish with detailed reporting. Completely integrated with all other modules.
