All of our accounting was being done by hand and we really need to upgrade our construction business with accounting software. The woman who did our accounting for the construction business was ready to retire and it seemed no one had the skills she had. We had to switch to accounting software for our construction business. I made sure the person who replaced her was familiar with the software we wanted to use for our construction accounting. Once we found the right person she went to work setting up everything that was needed for the accounting construction software.
