Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and submit financial reports to Banking institutions
- Report and remit Canadian and US taxes
- Respond to customer inquiries and address issues
- Create invoices and purchase agreements
- Manage collection efforts and call for overdue receivables
- Research tax rules and regulations across Canadian and US jurisdictions
- Respond to Human Resources related inquiries from Explorer staff.

Required Skills/Background:
- Post secondary CGA designation
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proven self-starter
- Flexible team-player, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in multiple languages an asset.

Professional Services Trainer

As a member of the Explorer Software Professional Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering training and certification around Explorer's ERP solutions. Your training skills inspire people to want to learn more. To this, you add a strong technical background and a pride in facilitating the learning process. You are a flexible worker and an energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You must be willing to travel extensively and possess a valid passport. You may live anywhere in Canada or the continental United States.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Train customer personnel in the use of Explorer Construction software solutions
- Provide on-site consulting to assist in the conversion and implementation of
  Explorer Contract Manager ERP Construction as an accounting solution for
  contractors
- Provide product and business knowledge to support customers and ensure
  successful implementations
- Maintain subject matter expertise in the Explorer products
- Continue improvement and development of a certification program for yourself to
  address the skills and technical knowledge needed to deliver the best quality
  Explorer training available
- Help to support the technical support Program Group with subject matter expertise
- Assess current skills and skill gaps of Explorer Software customers and implement
  training programs to eliminate those gaps

Required Skills/Background:
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting
- Minimum 2 years of training experience in a high-tech industry
- Proven experience and/or training in relational databases and database
  connectivity, computing or software
- Construction industry knowledge and business practices knowledge
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Proven project and time management skills
- Flexible team-player, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven self-starter
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
- Good Level of spoken and written English

Desired Skills:
- A degree in computer science or a related technical degree
- A recognized accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CA)
- Knowledge of construction practices or construction experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in training, consulting or trouble-shooting related to accounting software solutions
- Fluency in languages other than English, in particular French and Spanish

Programmer/Tech Support

Description: As a member of our support team, you will be providing technical and product support to our end users via the telephone and Internet This includes programming and operating system analysis as well as financial accounting analysis.

Requirements: Applicants must have 2+ years experience with Windows NT and/or UNIX network administration, Visual/Business Basic programming, accounting software and/or the heavy construction industry. Excellent phone and communication skills required
