Explorer Software Group is a global provider of enterprise software solutions for construction accounting and project management. Through our global reach and targeted solutions, we solve the essential, industry-specific challenges contractors face.

Our world-class enterprise solutions optimize business performance and produce meaningful impact on revenues and margins for contractors. By focusing on select vertical markets, we deliver deep domain expertise to the industries we serve, including heavy/highway construction, general contractors, specialty contractors, HVAC, homebuilders, sub-trades, architects, engineers, and consultants.

Our company was founded in 1984 to service contractors in North America. Since then we have grown through a combination of organic growth as well as through various acquisitions.

We have two primary operating groups (i) Explorer Software Group in North and South America and (ii) RedSky IT for the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

From our headquarters in Vancouver, Canada and offices in North America, the United Kingdom and Dubai we service our diverse customer base of 3,000 contractors on five continents.

Our goal is to provide solutions and services that help our clients while minimizing our carbon footprint by supporting environmental sustainability.

Explorer Software Group actively embraces the virtual office model and uses the Internet for collaboration between employees and customers. Employees are encouraged to work from home to minimize travel and CO2 emissions associated with commuting.

Moreover, we believe in a healthy work life balance and actively support the practice of flexible hours for our 200 employees. In 2005, we introduced an incentive program for employees in order to encourage the pursuit of further education, charitable donations, hybrid cars, and physical fitness.
